Maneesh Kumar

Maneesh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and has over 33 years of experience in public accounting and management consultancy. He worked with the management consultancy division of the Indian arm of Delloitte Touche Tohmatsu prior to setting up the Firm. His area of expertise is foreign investment, joint ventures and hand-holding for start-ups.
Chander Chellani
Director Consultancy
Chander is a qualified chartered accountant with over 31 years of experience. He is an institution builder with proven track record. The first 18 years of his career were with Citi and ICICI groups, Metlife and Birla SunLife Insurance, where he held director and CXO level positions. Chander is also a certified NLP coach. His business background makes him especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives, and their teams.
Hasneeta Matta

Hasneeta holds degrees in law and systems management and is a fellow member of ICAI with over 22 years’ experience. She earlier worked with Ernst & Young and PWc in their Tax and Regulatory consultancy division and with Pepsico and United Technologies Corp at Vice-President and India Tax Director positions.
Shyam Pareek
Senior Manager
Shyam Pareek is a Senior Manager. He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 12 years of experience and has a certificate in GST from ICAI.
He looks after the accounting, attestation and compliances side of the practice.
Amitabh Singh

Amitabh Singh holds a degree in law and is a fellow member of the ICAI. He was with Ernst & Young for 23 years, of which 16 years were spent as Partner, Tax. He now participates in many social entrepreneurship ventures. His expertise in international taxation is invaluable to the firm.
